Born in 1881 in France, he studied in Paris and worked in the avant-garde movements of the early 20th century. In his art, he combined Cubism with bright colors and simple geometric forms, often depicting people, mechanisms, and urban life. He had a great influence on the development of modernism and was also involved in sculpture, graphics and cinema.
